Our service fee is €1,499 all-in for a new 1-adult application (paid in three stages). On top of this you will pay the Spanish consulate's visa fee (~€80–€120 per adult, paid directly to the consulate), the cost of obtaining your apostilled criminal record certificate (varies by country), and your annual private health insurance premium (~€500–€2,000/year depending on age and provider). Everything else — sworn translations (up to €100), document delivery, health insurance arrangement — is included in our service fee.

Our NLV renewal service costs €699 total for one adult — €300 to get started and €399 after your renewal is confirmed. This covers full renewal preparation, online submission, a compliance check against the latest IPREM figures, and on-time filing so your residency doesn't lapse. No. The €1,499 service fee is genuinely all-in — up to €100 of sworn translations and document delivery are included. The only costs outside our fee are: the consulate's visa fee (paid directly to the consulate — varies by country, your case manager will confirm the exact amount), obtaining your apostilled criminal record, and your health insurance premium. Because it keeps us aligned with you. Stage 1 (€400) covers your eligibility check and document roadmap. Stage 2 (€400) is due only once your full dossier is prepared and ready to go in. Stage 3 (€699) is due only after your visa has been approved. You never pay the bulk of the fee until you've seen the result. Most firms charge large deposits upfront — we think that's the wrong incentive structure.

The final stage payment (€699) is only due after your visa is approved — so if the consulate rejects your application, that payment is not triggered. The first two stages (€400 + €400) have been used to prepare and submit your dossier, so those are not refunded. However, our first-time approval rate is extremely high because every dossier is reviewed by our immigration specialists before submission — we identify and resolve risks before they reach the consulate.

NLV-compliant private health insurance typically costs €500–€2,000 per year per person, depending on age and coverage level. The premium is paid directly to the insurer and is not included in our service fee. We arrange compliant policies through spanish-healthinsurance.com and 247expatinsurance.com — both specialise in NLV-compliant policies accepted by all Spanish consulates.

The Spanish consulate charges its own non-refundable government visa fee, paid directly at your appointment. The amount varies significantly by country and consulate — UK applicants pay considerably more than those applying from other locations. We'll confirm the exact fee for your specific consulate as part of your case before your appointment.

Up to €100 of official sworn Spanish translations are included in our €1,499 service fee. This covers the translations of most standard documents needed for your NLV application — criminal record certificate, medical certificate, and financial documents. You do not need to separately source a certified translator for these standard documents.
